Missing rework?

Anyone knows what happened to the Ahri and Lb changes I was looking forward to them but they arent in the 8.6 patch notes

They are delayed, at least until 8.7 or later. Some projects need more than 1 PBE cycle for testing. Maybe not accomplishing their goals, more iterating (they really only have about a week before they have to start locking down and preparing the patch for Live).

I was looking forward to them too :(

You know what else is missing? The "Yasuo" mini rework. Year and a half and still heard nothing.

They aren't missing, they were reverted Thursday or so, as they will return in 8.7 for more testing.
