Small Sol Buff

Everytime he hits a champion with his stars he says boop, but whenever his other lines are supposed to appear it cancels out him saying boop and he says that line then goes back to saying boop. Posting this in memes but this is a legitimate question. Because when i play that sassy dragon i just never hear that line enough.
