Won't the new honor system just cause Trolls to false report to disrupt honor rewards?
On top of just doing it in hopes of getting you banned. That at least has a real person to gate real negative repercussions.
Or am I missing some failsafe here?

Even if a troll does falsely report someone, they probably wouldn't be punished 99% of the time because the Instant Feedback Report System would analyze the chat logs and the player behavior in game to determine that the report was unjustified. Furthermore, if you consistently and wrongfully report someone, I believe that would reduce the amount of influence that your report has within the Instant Feedback System, so eventually, the Feedback system wouldn't take those false reports into consideration anyway (the system would essentially train itself to understand that a particular troll is lying and disregard their reports).

There's no "vote dishonor" button or something. By my understanding of the new system, the only way to lose honor would be to have actionable reports against you, that might trigger a chat restriction of 14-day ban.
