Can we please get harsher penalties for dodging in ARAM?

I play a good amount of ARAM, and no matter what I'll play whatever champion I'm given. What I click on ready, I'm agreeing that whatever champ I roll is what I'll play. Even if my comp sucks, I see that game to the end. Lately there has been a disgusting amount of dodgers, simply because they didn't get their waifu or their main. Once in a while I want to play Varus too. Please make dodging penalties harsher in ARAM.
