Heimerdinger needs a buff (Seriously).

Now, before you comment on how there is no way this can be true. I bring statistics that clearly supports my argument. http://postimg.org/image/qkjm62a97/ As you can see, Heimerdinger's player base, consists of the most hardcore mains in all of league of legends, by almost double the next closest (for mid lane). Although, interestingly enough, his win rate is fairly sub-par, 49.43% to be exact. This is an extremely clear indicator he needs a buff. Maybe make his E hurt turrets again, or make his passive effect himself as well. There is a large range of small changes that could help.

He used to consistently pull a 53-55% winrate before the MYMU, due to the dedication of his playerbase.

I think a sub-50% winrate definitely means he was left in the dust afterwards. If he was considered balanced before, then he's technically underpowered now.

Basically that's the story no idea why this thread got disliked so much. I guess morons that cant figure out to kill his turrets before diving him (which is a lot) would hate to see him meta, or didn't look at the data.

I think it's a combination of how frustrating it is to lane against him (or gank him) and that, objectively, a 50%-winrate champion appears to be balanced. Although other champions, when it comes to their dedicated mains, have much, much higher winrates (over 60%).

I would love to see someone present a good counter-argument other than "Fuck him" or "50% is balanced" (it's not. Not for this champion), though.
