Gifting to your other owned accounts

Is this against the rules?

I'm messing around more on another account than my primary and I have excess RP on my primary and would like to gift things to my other account... I meet all requirements of gifting on both accounts(Play time, friend time etc.) but not sure if its against the terms of service? I can't seem to find anything about it in the gifting rules unless its in fine print somewhere and can't find it.
