Seriously who cares about assassins when i get a huge fuckin shield for hitting someone with cc.

Not to mention tier 4 bonus and flat armour and mr. Jeez engage just got a hardcore buff

Well, tanks will need it. New assassins have enough burst that mr and armor don't really matter anymore. Adc's are going to build lethality anyways, so it's reaaallly not going to matter. The shield doesn't last forever, 4 seconds, 30 second cooldown. It's pretty decent buffs to mastery's, but it's not completely overwhelming. I think it's balanced out with all the new item and assassin updates.

That's like me saying ask the Rengar who couldn't burst me as Maokai because I had a bunch of armor. Of course he won't be able to. If you are playing a tank, assassin's can't burst you. That's what the freaking definition of a tank is!

ad lee sin..... against a katarina.... guy it doesn't matter if you went cunning, resolve, or the other tree, you would still be expected to beat the shit out of her. your ultimate alone knocks her out of hers and that is a huge power loss on her part. gosh, you aren't that intelligent
