Are non-mana-based champs balanced well?

What do you think? Are the ninjas, yasuo, zac, gnar, and more balanced well, and what is your opinion of champs that don't use mana?

i believe manaless champs have a great advantage in terms of what to buy. and prioritizing. when im jayce, you could be thinking goddess tear.. meanwhile the opposing riven is thinking hydra. She has no sustain to worry about aside from health so.. i find it to be an advantage. not to mention most champs played (Zed, Lee Sin, Akali) Are in fact In almost every game played.. or that i play so. that would be my proof concerning manaless champs having an advantage. Is that they are in 90% of games im in or on the Ranked Matchup Spectator.
