@Riot Can Vi's W get the Varus treatment?

So on PBE Varus got a pretty cool buff to his W. It keeps the old effect, but also adds a new active ability to a champ who could previously only cast 3.

This leads us to a struggling champion with a similar issue. Vi's W, Denting Blows, while rather well designed for a 3-hit passive, is still just a passive ability on her QWER.

So: Vi's new active part of W - Reverse Engenering Vi gains bonus armor equal to 100/150/200% of armor her last Denting Blows broke. Values increase on levels 7 and 13.

The goal is to give her a bit more teamfight power, as her current ganks seem strong enough.
