Does it only work at the 3 minute mark and not after? does it work until first blood?

3 minute mark and no first blood a thing will appear in the middle of the screen that will ask if you want to remake. It looks just like the surrender vote

No first blood before a DC is the correct way to say it. If someone never connected you can die over and over again to someone as much as you want and the team that was 4 to begin with can still do a remake.
