Why does Trinity Force still have crit?

Is it supposed to be a marksman item? Only and are buying it consistently and doesn't even care about the crit and most are building these days anyway.

It seems only and are actually investing in more crit on top of and all the other champions building it do not care about the crit and would rather have a different stat instead.

It's kind of silly to keep the crit around for only two champions when the item could be so much better on a lot of other champions. I think the should be dropped from the build path and replaced with or or something and give it more attack speed. A with more attack speed and possibly a bit more move speed and no crit would also help make up for the removal of Zephyr because IMO AD/AS non crit melees that are prone to getting kited like don't have very many move speed options right now.
