Adaptive Helm: How come no one buys it?
One thing I'm genuinely curious about is how come no one's builds Adaptive Helm
when fighting DoT based champions? The item was designed to reduce the amount of damage taken from DoTs like Teemo's 
Toxic Shots or Mordekaisers 
Children of the Grave. Yet Everytime I see my allies are having trouble with these kinds of champions, they prioritize Spirit Visage
instead & sometimes they still get boned.
Is it because Adaptives is too weak or not gold efficient enough compared to Spirit Visage?
