Katarina ult nerf
Seeing as you're nerfing kats ult, how about delete it. Replace with: "Active for reset." 75/60/45 second cooldown, not effected by voiractiy

360D3GR3SS1 votesI do think she needs an ultimate change, but im not sure that is the one she needs. Her ultimate is almost never used during a multi kill, its usually just E and W maybe a Q or two.
