I wished that Q lowered it's cooldown by half and refunded some energy if it hit a champions...

That'ld make good plays much more rewarding.

Change that to when he last hits a minion with q and then we have a good idea. Your original idea would just make kennen extremely broken and not at all fun to play against.

Well, his Q can be easily avoided by pushing and hiding behind minions. Not to mention that is energy pool limits his all-in potential anyways (That dash cost...)

Imho dodging and landing skillshots should feel meaningful, currently that's not the case for Kennen.

(Feels great to dodge a Blitz hook, does it not? While Kennen's Shuriken are nowhere near as powerfull, reducing the cooldown for hitting champions would make it more exciting for both players)

Do you see the issue with your idea yet? Kennen was designed around his current energy pool and costs. Energy champions are way more fickle when it comes to resource changes in their kit as compared to a mana based champion.

Cooldown reduction and mana refund works on annie because eventually she runs out of mana and becomes vulnerable. Kennen only runs out of resources for an extremely small amount of time.

Honestly, I do not like playing against him since he just ults into the middle of the team, deals a good amount of damage, stuns, and then Zhonyas. In no particular order.
