I was playing Cait and had a bit of an idea while I was using my ult and it killing those who blocked it from my target. What if when Cait's ult kills someone who intercepts the shot, it continues through to the target but does reduced damage. like maybe 25-50% of the damage it would of done.

A Miss Fortune1 votesHer laning phase is pretty easy to counter. Her only real damage is her abilities, all of which are extremely easy to dodge/prevent being hit by. She has no auto attack steroids, and if you can force her out of her high range/safety she's totally useless at all parts of the game.
