Day One New Champion Bans (Voting Poll At The End)

It happens, after a new release, many champions on their first day either become a HUGE problem that should be nerfed, or they become unplayable. One issue i see is how for those who can abuse how 'OP' new champions could be since many may have already used them on the PBE. Other times, many champions could feel underwhelming due to how lackluster they feel. For the most part, when bad, they are never picked, but when people can exploit how strong they are, you usually see permabans pretty much everywhere, and ranked matches could feel like a lot since besides banning whatever is meta, also considering banning the newest champion to hit the rift. My idea (which may sound bad, but it's worth a shot), is to make new champs unplayable, at least for ranked matches. Many of you are probably thinking, it's why the PBE exists, to make sure champs aren't too strong. For the most part, your're right, but one issue that is rarely discussed, is how knowledgeable people are to certain matchups. On the PBE, you test to see if the champion doesn't glitch or anything, but in the public, many people are completely new to the champion, which in turns makes playing or fighting them more excruciating than ever. But my idea is to let the champion be played, just not in ranked matches until after maybe a hotfix or a few days or weeks go by when people begin to understand how to play with and against new champions. This way, people have time to understand how new champions play and learn how to potentially counter it before said new champion starts to become meta, but that's just my 2 cents on how to deal with new champions.

TL;DR Make new champions unplayable for ranked matches until after time goes by for patches to balance new champions.

I should be able to play what I want, and not be limited to other's opinions on what I should play. Maybe you take ranked seriously, others don't and prefer to have fun while getting out of bronze.
