This is Why Teemo NEEDS a Nerf!

Teemo. He's a mushroom planting yordle that has some notable qualities resembling those of Satan. Many speculate as to why he would require a nerf. Well let me tell you: -It's not because he's probably definitely Satan. -It's not because he's overpowered. -It's not because he's toxic towards the general game experience of others. So why does he need a nerf? If it isn't because of the above reasons, what could make him require a nerf of any kind?
