Why the fuck...

I'm trying to get into a game, I sit in queue for 3 minutes, get into the champ select, and every time someone is trying to select or ban a champ it goes all the way down to 0 and sits for a bit before jumping to the next person. Then when it gets to be my turn it sits for about 30 seconds and kicks me back out to lobby saying I left during champion select and gives me a fucking 5 minute ban, as well as stealing 3 fucking LP. I even tried checking my connection while the lobby was lagging on another player, and my ping is literally 32-36ms with no fucking issues.
