Listen, the main issue is i'm playing urf mode permanently. I'll start with junglers. junglers can gank lanes way too easily and way too quickly without drawbacks. Back in the day, junglers at least had to spend a few minutes in the jungle farming. Now they spend zero time in the jungle for two reasons. Camps respawn too slow, and die too quickly. This all stems from the community in reality though. Reason why is that years ago everyone complained that games took way too long. Too long being over 40 minutes and sometimes yea you'd get stuck in an hour and a half long game. This has in my opinion started a very long process of riot tuning and retuning everything in the game to be quicker. This includes jungling. when you add all this up with junglers like kayn that can appear from any wall undetected by wards, and unleash lethality electrocute combo's that one shot weak laners, it creates a heavy imbalance that honestly can't be balanced for to help the laners. Another example is tanks, where tanks did very little dmg most of the time except for certain items or abilities that did true or percent health dmg. They were very tanky though with high cc. This extended games on because tanks could troll an entire team into attacking them just because, and a lot of time was wasted in chasing or just trying to lock down a tank and killing them. Now tanks, lets use chogath for example, do a pretty high amount of dmg, even early game and out trade in most cases easily. Then late game they aren't nearly as tanky as they use to be so locking them down and killing them is fairly simple with good team work. Melee champions to me honestly feel left out. That's why the aatrox rework turned him into a better riven, because his old kit was unfortunately worthless half the time. They overtuned him to make him worth something, the community complained he's too strong, then he was nerfed to a balanced state and steam rolled in lane. My last point is CDR. Cooldown reduction does not need to be 40% on every champion damn it. I honestly think the only champion to not get 40 is trynd, and some adc's that don't need it. But melee, assassins, mages, God mages.... ludens echo getting changed to have an amazing passive, to have 20% cdr (Why) 90 ap and some mana..... so let's go take a look back in time to hm... idk.. deathfire grasp? And people thought that item was op. So can someone agree that all these changes to make the game faster have actually made it less fun and more annoying? The old ways were more balanced with the sheer fact that runes were percent or flat ratio boosts and not full on abilities like they are now. hp quins compared to overgrowth. Think about it.
