Katarina, ezreal glitches, Tribunal issues.

To start off, i've been playing Katarina and Ezreal, sense they came out. Both have received allot of updates, and upgrades that i am very happy with, however i feel like Kat still needs some work. With the new item updates, there's less ap that can be built. She has no sustain. No regen, no resilience, and absolutely no hp. There are items to help this problem, but those are items kat can't fully utilize. But recently when i've been playing her two large patches ago, her ultimate hasn't been going off. I've played her straight for weeks now just to see if i'm playing any different, but i can't see a change in myself or my pc. When i q'e combo and try to ult, it just simply doesn't go off. For ezreal, his abilities simple can't spam well. Even with perfect ping, it's hard to play his abilities if you're shooting in two different directions back to back. As another issue, my internet goes in and out. We haven't been able to get someone out to fix the wiring, and some very rare games, maybe once a week, i'll dc. When i get back on, the game is done, and i have a 20 minute suspension before getting in a game for 5 games. This has been a constant issue for nearly a year now, and i don't play that often. Two or three games a night if my friends online. So most of the time we both have to wait 20 minutes before even queuing, and if we miss the queue or accidently cancel or dc we have to do it all over again. As another small thing, Zed hasn't been fixed. Damage wise, he's still far surpassed anyone mid lane. Kat, lux, talon, yasuo. yes he's skill based, but his q damage is beyond anything i've ever seen at the start of the game. On top of that, when i play him, he still has his shadow glitch, where it says his shadow is still up for teleporting but it's already disappeared. I hope at least a couple of these issues are common, and are being looked at a bit.
