What are the pros and cons of taking Manamune on an ADC instead of Essence Reaver?

has to stack and you are delaying power spike til late-ish mid game and if you get blown up or behind early well its all done for. Also very very limited use for adcs , pretty much Ezearl is the only one.
isnt ideal for all adcs due to the passive that reacts when casting/using ULT, if you dont use your ULT to go into fights such as a caitlyn you get a lot of wasted stats you arent taking use of.
