This rune is just obnoxious as all hell. Pre 6? Proc it to deal 70% of your target's health with your basic combo. Post 6? One shot any target unless they build full tank. This REALLY, REALLY, puts me off from playing the game
Yeah, ever since it came out, games with Kat usually have her have the most kills by at least 10 or even 15. I also hated Wukong before, but he's too hard hitting early on with it now, though that's just me tilting over a monkey.
It's definitely the one keystone I want a nerf for the most.
I still think it's better than Thunderlords, and I'd much rather have Electrocute be viable rather than Dark Harvest. Dark Harvest just seems like bad design imo and leads to insane snowballing much worse than Electrocute.
Maybe it needs a nerf, idk. I haven't seen it doing anything crazy except in games where it's completely one-sided.
Probably just an issue of things like Guardian and Aftershock outshining it right now so noone really notices.
