Insane decrease in gameplay quality due to players

Hello! Earlier in this season, I was having a great time climbing, with the occasional ultra toxic player every 4 games or so at most. However, now, the past 20 games i've had has had either an intentional feeder(Actually inting), insane flamer who winds up trolling(think supports stealing cs, troll building), teammates flaming each other to the point where they just give up and surrender, and more. It's actually getting ridiculous and is making me not enjoy playing this game whatsoever. Has anyone else experienced this recently?
