Fair Nerf to Support Brand without touching Mage Brand

It's pretty clear that support Brand is pretty unfun to fight. In general mages in bot lane have been problematic, with exceptions of course. One of the frustrating aspects about these mage supports is the fact that they can build a support item, or maybe even just a dorans ring, without cs'ing and STILL burst squishies.

I think a fair nerf to support Brand that could not effect mage mid Brand would be to have his passive's tick damage no longer count for charges. Currently if Brand presses E on the enemy he automatically is rewarded for consuming all charges. Sure walking up and pressing E isn't a good strategy, but its very simple all around for Brand to consume all Spelltheif charges.

The proposed nerf would do two things:

• Require Brand support to hit more shots for the rewards.
• Give Brand support less gold in general, thus nerfing the role. As said above, a lot of people hate how a bot lane mage doesn't need to cs and can buy a Watchers then build their AP, and still burst like they were mid lane. If you reduce the gold Brand support has, his burst will be toned down and the punishment for going support with Brand will be greater.

The beauty of this nerf is it would not touch mid lane Brand. Unlike some other bot lane mages who have been nerfed for their abuse in bot lane.
