no cdr, cdr is the opposite of atk speed NOT ability power

OP is saying why the Mastery only benefit Mages (ability damage) or ADCs (attack speed), instead of helping the AD fighters who don't use Attack speed. The ability damage would benefit champions like those but it doesn't feel as much "impact" as the old CDR that was given in Season 5. If thats what the OP is basically saying, I'd agree. Since Pantheon Renekton Talon MonkeyKing Zed would probably rather have CDR instead of the Attack speed or ability damage.
