Today I was playing vs 
with azir. He took fleet foot work and didn’t trade. I
poked him and he healed. He littlery just scaled freely, then we get to mid game he crushed my jungler and adc. Then we reach late game where azir does damage right? But no 0 damage almost none to the kassadin he was healing like a god throwing mad damage. What do I do? And no he littlery healed off every auto in the early game.

Kassadin still has really extreme matchups. Your best bet is to counterpick with Jayce, Caitlyn, Quinn, Pantheon, stuff like that. They can abuse him pre-6 so hard that Fleet Footwork won't help him.
Also you should find some way to build MR without gutting your damage (part of why AD is good, you can get hexdrinker) because Kassadin's damage is too reliable to outplay.

lol this is irrelevant. You can't get this pre-6 which is when Kassadin abuses healing. He uses it to get through his shity pre-6 to be able to farm more minions instead of being poked out and forced to give up CS.
One of the biggest reasons he became OP in season 3 and had to be gutted was he had more options to sustain pre-6 than he did in seasons 1 and 2. His biggest weakness has always been pre-6 and grievous wounds is totally irrelevant.
After 6 he has his ult so it's easy for him to avoid trades that aren't in his favor so the healing isn't the problem anymore.

It's a Kassadin thing in general. It is present in every season as long as Kassadin's only actual weakness is pre-6. You're not gonna get greivous wounds early enough to do anything about it. Is that somehow hard to understand?
I wasn't talking about season 6. I was talking about LEVEL 6.
