I thought you skipped ranks if you have over a 60% winrate?

I'm not. This grind is enormously annoying.

No, the only way to skip divisions is by having an MMR considerably higher than your Rank (supposably at least 1 tier more). If you go to your Leagues tab in your profile and go to your ranked stats on the right on the ladder page, it will tell you what it takes for you to advance; if you are eligible for skipping divisions then it will say so there.

Not even 1 tier.. i was G3 on a hot streak into G2 where i played vs plat 5s-3s consistently and wen i got promoted i went to G1... you gotta a lot of luck if u ask me..
