So Quinn....

Former Quinn main here. TL;DR She isn't all that fun to play anymore, and she isn't fotm powerful either.

She still has her biggest problems from pre-rework: inability to meaningfully contribute to a teamfight amplified by a double nerf to her Q the patch she dropped out of flavor, no accessible waveclear (its better mid/late from R AOE and Q, but mana issues are harsh), short autoattack range, and a sharp power drop in the late game. But there were two new big problems that were added in as well: 2 harrier proccing skills means individual harrier procs were vastly weaker making her lane harassment overall weaker unless playing against an incompetent opponent, and a lackluster level 6 ultimate.

Don't get me wrong, her ultimate is very powerful, but it's gated so heavily by mana and a not so great movespeed bonus first rank that it makes her weak until you reach level 11, and at that point she's either strong enough to snowball hard or so weak that the powerspike is nonexistant.

Anyways, that's why I stopped playing her as often as I did. I've been trying to play her again but it just feels like a chore now.
