Grade Guidelines?

As I understand it, the ranking you get from a game (S, A, B+ etc) is based off some calculation involving the champion and which role you play with that champion, and then average k/d/a etc of other players who played the same champion/role combination. Like for instance, I know full well I have a MUCH better chance at getting an "S" rank with Poppy as support as I do as playing her top. (Got Poppy to rank 6 doing just that). My question is there a website or something somewhere that gives players a rough estimate of what they SHOULD be getting in terms of k/d/a etc per each champion/role selection for each ranking? For example, I just played a game with Maokai as support and went 3/0/19 but got A+. I'd like to know what other players of Maokai/Support have gotten to get an "S" or better. Does such a resource exist?

You can use LoLNexus - I would keep in mind that this doesn't take into account your ranking and what type of game mode you're playing (normal vs ranked). I'm not 100% sure if those things are considered with the grade given. I've had people argue both ways.

Riot is known for hiding information.

In normal games we have no info on how many games played on each champion, average cs/kills etc. Theres zero info on how many people actually play LoL, how many at each rank etc. Its no surprise they hide this info too.
