QoL life change to laning against Zed

Just laning. Make his energy refund apply to champions, not "targets". That or, "gain 100% more energy gain when you hit champions" (which really means 50% less on minions). Suggested for 2 reasons: I personally dislike him, and I am tired of all the "zed op threads". I'm bronze, so whatever. =P
