Twisted Fate - Rework?

I feel it's time that he got some much needed buffs to counter the buffs other champions have received, most notably his lack of sustain in lane.

When built properly, and when snowballing, Twisted Fate becomes a very strong champion in the Mid-Late stages of the game, and utilizing his split-push capabilities (which are nearly as threatening as Jax's), he will be a great asset to most team comps. I have also found that the most difficult composition for him to be on is one without a tank.

But when he's equal or fallen behind against his enemy midlaner, the chances of bouncing back into the game are slim to none, and it's his laning phase where he needs a little boost.

If nothing crazy, then some simple increases in his health and resist will go a long way so that it won't have to be wasting on Runes (tried out a sustain version of Runes for TF and had some good results, but he deals little to no damage).

Suggestions Health: 534 -> 584, find myself lots of times that I could have survived with 30 - 50 more health when being all-in'ed, and most top-level champions can simply turret dive.

Movement Speed: 335 -> 355, he's already gained an increase in MS, and the results are almost significant enough to be a threat, but not enough just yet.

Armor: 20.542 -> 20.8, against most assassins, he isn't able to sustain in lane before the mid-game.

Magic Resist: 30 -> 30.25, just a little to help offset some of the all-in mages.

Yes, I'm still learning a lot about the game still, but I feel that these can go a long way. His abilities are fine, it's just his overall stats that are holding him back.

I played TF a lot. He is my most played and my favorite champion. IMO he is one of the most consitant champion if you play him right. The only thing i would change is movement speed from 335 to 340 or 345.
