Lag at Champion Selection screen

Hey all,

Anyone know of a way to stop the Dodge timer? I have already sent in a bug report to Riot about the selection screen, where I had so much lag I couldn't even select a champion to ban, which resulted in me "dodging," which was not even remotely intentional. I shouldn't have to be punished with a 30 minute wait to play a game because of a client error.

No, my internet connection is fine, speed is fantastic. It's only this game.
