No S Mastery Token?

Just received an S on Lux in Ranked game, already had 2/3 tokens and the this should have been the third. Any reason I wasn't awarded it?

Sometimes it takes a bit to appear or needs a re-log. If it still doesn't show up today then e-mailing player support would be the best course of action. That way they can look into it for you.

p.s. It was ranked SR not TT right? (yes, I know, but I had to ask).

I do not know what SR and TT are, but I'm using the normal LoL if that makes sense, and Ranked Solo/Duo.

It's what 420 Grams wrote; sorry for abbreviating. If you do end up needing to send a ticket, include the link to the online match history of the S game in there too. Faster for them to confirm it that way.

Oddly, the Match History changed the S to an A+. I was even congratulated in the post-game chat for getting an S with Lux. No idea what's happening
