Does Mordekaiser's 3rd Q count as an "on hit effect" with Rageblade?
Was really curious on this, and considering how 
gives attack speed and ability power, this would be a really good item on 
if used correctly.

It either doesn't have an interaction with his Q, or it would simulate the next autoattack in the chain (so, I could get the second and third hits at once, or I could get the third hit and a normal hit at once, but I could never get a duplicate of the hit I already have). Either way, it would be a terrible item on him.
