Curious as to what I am suppose to do

When I have one ally who just decides that even though they have a ton of farm already, to just continually take all the farm from lanes I am trying to farm in to try and catch back up from a horrible lane phase.

I go top lane to catch a big wave, they also come top and take it all. I can't go mid cause our adc is there keeping things cleared. I can't go bot because the enemy team has people down there that can easily kill me and the wave is also deep on their side of the map.

Then after some time the top and bot situation basically flips and I am just screwed so far behind while this person is basically near full build and still eating all the farm
