Does Lissandra's slow stack with crystal scepter
has built in slows in her abilities so would
make the slows stronger or would it just do nothing?

Nope. They changed slows awhile back so that couldnt happen. It only takes the strongest slow into account. Thank god
no, slows don't stack, only the strongest slow is applied.
