Fix Jayce

With over 1300 games on Jayce, I can say that he is such a useless champion to main. Jayce is known as a snowball champion like Riven. Where if he gets fed, he will be unstoppable. But, from many games of experience, Jayce can be 15/0 at the 15 minute mark and still not be able to 1v2 the enemies jungle/top/mid. While a Riven, Fiora, Rene, could easily 1v3 or even 1v4.

I ask kindly that you put some work in making this champion good. If the game goes to 30+ minutes, Jayce has a hard time of winning the game and mostly has to rely on his team.
