ShadowPledge1 votesBecause this could cause issues when someone is trying a non-meta pick. (ESPECIALLY against 4-man groups, and the solo player gets 'kicked')
EX: I've played both morgana and brand jg and made them work in multiple cases since season 5.

However, due to zoe being new, it needs to be expected that she will be picked in off roles in order to get the chance to play her and to see if she works in that role.
Now, I dont believe trolling if your champ is banned should be allowed but their isnt a proper way of moderating it compared to how many people would abuse the system if it were implemented
