Sylas balance suggestions[no OP but still strong]
Passive: Deals bonus magic damage to jungle Monsters
Q- gives him a shield depending on his damage + 90-300 flat damage (giving him wave clear)
W- instead of flat healing, he gains 5% spell vamp on all ability damage W activate to Pull enemies towards him dealing magic damage and granting him movement speed
E- Dashes making his next basic attack proc deal magic while activating passive
R- gains decaying shield for 5 seconds when he steals and ult(removes the 200% cd on enemy cds)
