Soraka's W ability is invalidated by ARAM and it is not fair. Using it hurts way more than it helps, and being a team player, not being able to use it feels awful. Champions like Ziggs, Varus and Lux do not have their range or damage nerfed to name a few. Hurting one champion but not another doesn't just feel unfair, it actually is unfair. There are no picks and bans so please let players enjoy the random champs they get for what makes them unique!
Clearly you've never experienced the absurdity of Warmog's Soraka. Furthermore, Soraka's design itself is at odds with a mode where healing is meant to be scarce.
I love Soraka in aram. Ya the heals suck until u get a warmogs but u still got an awesome silence and really it's just mana problems cuz the health is easy to get back with Q. Although it does suck deciding between AP or tanky health or utility. If you go AP you won't get the 3k health you need for warmogs to be effective. I usually go Rabadons first and then decide if I wanna go health items but that means warmogs is one of your last items so it's kind of a bitch up until then. It is annoying actually, you're right lol. But hey that's aram. I still love it.
I actually wanna try Soraka now with all AP and max E first to see how bursty it can be. Max W last lol people will probably get mad but whatever. It won't be the most burst but it will be unexpected burst. And by late game the heals will still be strong.
