morde 0/13 jungle troll (intentional) ruined my diamond promotion match

how can it be fair, that no refund is being given back, after this stuff happens? he ruined a week of climbing... i lost all motivation and lust to play, but continued for 2 games, where i lost hard.. (partly my fault, i was not in the zone ;) )

When this troll gets a penality, how come we, the VICTIMS does not get anything in return? all we get are Ardent buffs and lethality buffs (great additions to balance the game, wtf?)

so Riot, i know u wont listen or even read this, but you need to fix this.. so many ppl are getting totally screwed over by these trolls, for their AMUSEMENT... they cant demote from Diamond5 (atleast it is insanely hard) so they just troll the high-plat players who really want to promote to Diamond league.. fix this, ban their accounts (even tho u will lose money, i know how it works).. sadly u wont simply ban more ppl, cause they wont buy RP when u release the newest ULTRA-broken new champ after months of tweaking it into being PERFECTLY ballanced <3

so Riot.. please fix these trolls for good.. or u'll end up like CS:GO with CYKA BLYAT everywhere u go.. ^^ just give bigger penalties to the players, who break the rules ^^ chat-restrict flamers instant instead of 456 warnings, ban ppl for a month -> 2 months -> permanent.. ESPECIALLY in ranked..
