Nautilus bot lane new meta?

I think nautilus bot lane (not support) can work since he has a lot of gap closers, with the help of the support. And, since his abilities all scale in AP, I think it's better to build him AP in bot than tank or AD. What do you guys think? Nautilus

I mean... the only on hit in his kit is his passive.... and it has a cooldown....
