Any word on the udyr mini-rework?

I saw the mini-rework on the PTR. It was absolutely sick just how powerful it was (6 second attack speed buff on a 5 second cool down? I'm all for that!). In fact, i kinda dreaded that udyr would be nerfed even further than where he is currently if they did it....

...But I really liked the idea of Pheonix and Tiger not being mutually exclusive build choices.
