Dark Harvest

Seriously not okay when an extremely high damage carry an stack infinitely from this rune. Especially if they then combine it with either crit, lethality, and magic penetration. Now I know a lot of champions have abilities with infinite stacking like Nasus' Q, Sion's W, or Veigar's Q. Still those are champion abilities meant to act more as crutches seeing as those three's base stats alone aren't that high without those skills. At least put a cap on how high the rune can gather.
