Why is it at every single promo there are FEEDERS

so every single time I get to promos there are feeders? 0/9 malz last promo... Like riot says its not ever time yet I've sent you fucktards 9 pictures of promo games with at least 1 person on my team at 10+ deaths and 2 or less kills. Why is it easy to go from 0-100 cs but those last 2 games you have to carry a 4v6???? Please let me know why this is happening and why riot thinks we have to carry people on losing streaks all the time? Put the losing streak people together and keep the people on wining streaks together. don't MAKE people CARRY people.
