Clearing Jungle camps.....easy?

I'm curious to begin a discussion regarding the state of the jungle and the current pool of viable junglers. I am not talking about the ultra-competitive hardcore meta. I am talking about viable, as in, they can be played successfully within the mechanics of the map. Obviously their ability to succeed in their role as jungler would depend on the team comp, matchups and play.

I know many people are currently upset with some of the restrictions of the 450 cost tier two jungle item, but I would argue that the jungle is in an extremely healthy place at the moment.

With just about any jungler in the game I feel that you can clear both sides of your jungle, hit lvl 4 and even take a scuttle crab before backing at approximately 3:50-4:30 game time with nearly 1,000 gold.

Mana or manaless, I really think it's not that bad.

I would love to open this up for discussion, debate and questions before just word vomiting a lot more information. Let's see if we can get something happening.

With the correct runes, yes.

Problem is that if you don't have enough runes, you can't clear the second camp without dying.

The jg is somewhat balanced for high elo, but for low elo it's impossible.

I'm a jg main, and on my lvl 13 smurf account I have trouble clearing jungle.

If you can confuse the creatures through AA cancelling and movement to reduce their damage. If you just stand in them and try it you will die.

On Vi I have to back after three camps, with a leash on my first pull because i'm not super skilled. On Nidalee I can do five camps before backing right now and still use leash of first pull.

never played Jarvan, Lee Sin or RekSai so I don't know how much stronger the god tier junglers are.

Also that's with full masteries and Runes. New lvl 1-27 players can't do this at all, they'll die to Gromp.
