There are 9 other people of varied skill level in the game with you. Five of them want to win as well, which means they want you to lose.

It's either a coinflip or predetermined by matchmaking. This is an oversimplification, of course it comes down to how the other people play, but you can't do anything about that. Either come to grips with it, play 5s, or go get another game.

Carry your weight. Try to carry someone elses as well. More than that is usually impossible. I find that 2 people is enough to carry a team if they are that much better than the enemy.

Identify your win condition, try to make it as easy as possible on your team even when doing poorly. Give kills to other carries if they aren't clearly tilted off the planet. Often I see a Lee Sin go 12/3 in lane phase and then lose because his team has no gold.

Be a shotcaller. Use words as well as pings. What's an obvious dive to you, may not be obvious to a jungler trying to manage 2 other lanes and keep track of his counterpart. Being a good player isn't enough to carry anymore, you have to be a good leader as well.

And this should go without saying but don't be toxic while you're doing it. A lot of league players have a fragile mental state, especially when doing poorly. Toxicity is actively sabotaging yourself by making your teammates play worse. Call them whatever names you can come up with IRL but keep your chat self calm and respectful. Managing your teams mental is just as important as playing well.
