Suggestions for boots
Like a good portion of my posts I will try to keep it short.
Boots are an important item in the game for almost all champs and are relatively cheap and easy to build. As a full item though I feel like the game could do more.
I would like to hear peoples suggestions on what they might want to see to the boots items if you could make a change, addition, or buff/nerf of current boots.
For me I would like to see another Tier of boots for later game. Something like a second level after something like Tabi or Merc Treads where the cost is between 2100 to 2400 and they give either another effect or quest completion type boots like support items. Just something different for these essential items.
