Honestly? Nah. There's plenty of targeted dashes and point and click CC to catch him.

Maybe a bit too strong, sure, but hardly OP.

My biggest problem with him is his range and ability to just run and run and run. I can't get my cc out because he either outranges it or has enough speed to dodge everything.

Jump on top of him, then. Or just beat the shit out of everything else, since if he's spending all his time running away he's not doing that much to your team.

If he has to run away from you while you take a turret, you're winning then, because the turret is worth more strategically than the kill.

The 600ms is annoying but he's not used on pro play and even if he's strong on soloQ there are adcs that have higher pickrate and winrate than him that dont get even half of the attention.

The ms is cheesy and the only reason he fares well. Organized teams can focus him but my teammates are boosted bonobos that can't.
