Is there any change to Hecarim next patch?

I mean yes his win rate is pretty balanced but his ban rate has gone to 67%. This is so close to perma ban and im pretty sure he'll be banned in Worlds too. So any changes? maybe some nerfs or how he scales with Movementspeed? Thanks @RiotGames.
